All services (except those noted below) are charged at $75/hour + materials (tape stock, DVD media, etc.) when not provided by client. We don’t charge a minimum or a set-up fee. If your layoff takes 30 minutes, we’ll charge you $37.50 -- even if you’re making a dub to HDCAM.
That’s it. What do you get for that $75/hr? Well, you get access to HDCAM, Digibeta, DVCAM -- even legacy formats like Betacam-SP... Blu-Ray, 3D animation, compositing, and more.
Sound Mix and DVD authoring are charged at $50/hr. Music composition is available for an additional low flat-rate that can be negotiated depending on the scope of the project.
DVD duplication is $2/disc, full color label printing of your design on Watershield Brand discs (won’t smudge or smear). If you need more than 500, we’d suggest you look to a replication house. We have a good relationship with one if you need a recommendation.
Tapeless Media Backup with LTO-4 is $80/tape, media included. Backup your entire week’s worth of shooting on 2 LTO tapes for $160 and know that your footage is safe, even after your hard drives have been wiped clean.
Dolby-E encoding for broadcast is available remotely at $50/encode. Send us your 5.1 audio mix files and we’ll encode it for $50 and send it back to you.
